- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leadership,
tailoring messages to diverse audiences and technical backgrounds.
- Define and refine metrics, KPI definitions, and measurement frameworks (including test/control and causal evaluation where applicable) to quantify program impact and support prioritization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Data Science (or related quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering).
- 4+ years of applied analytics experience in a data-driven environment.
- Experience in travel and/or e-commerce analytics, including funnel analysis, conversion drivers, merchandising/offer performance, and partner or supplier performance measurement.
