We are hiring experienced Quality Lead for a short-term Contractor/Freelance Engagement supporting an AI Evaluation, Engineering Simulation & Design project in India.

Role: Quality Lead – AI Evaluation & Engineering Simulation

Experience: 3–5 Years

Mode: Remote

Engagement: Contractor / Short-Term Contract

Start Date: Immediate

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of overall skilled experience, including at least 1 year of experience leading, mentoring, or reviewing QA teams.
- Experience in quality assurance, technical review, data annotation, data labeling, AI training data, or AI evaluation.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and follow complex technical guidelines.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and adherence to defined requirements.
- Experience identifying errors, analyzing quality trends, and providing clear, actionable feedback.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage review queues, meet quality targets, and deliver results within tight timelines.
- Familiarity with engineering, scientific, or technical content evaluation is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, including BCA, B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or M.Tech..





Availability Requirements:

- Availability to work five days per week, including weekends when required, with two weekdays off.
- Working hours: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PST.
- Immediate availability for remote contract work.

What You’ll Work On:

- Lead QA reviewers and manage audit and review queues to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Review AI-generated outputs and annotated data for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project guidelines.
- Identify errors, inconsistencies, and quality gaps in evaluation tasks.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to reviewers to improve quality and performance.
- Conduct review sessions to clarify guidelines and resolve task-related queries.
- Monitor quality scores, error trends, and reviewer performance.
- Train and mentor new reviewers on project guidelines, tools, and review processes.
- Track review progress and ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
- Escalate recurring issues and unclear guidelines to the Senior QA Lead.
- Support continuous quality improvement in a fast-paced project environment.
