Role Description This is a full-time, in office Quality Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

The Quality

Engineer will oversee daily quality activities on the production floor, including monitoring product specifications, performing inspections, and conducting tests to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards. The role involves analyzing quality data, identifying root causes of defects, and working with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Engineer will support the development and improvement of quality procedures,



documentation, and audit processes, while collaborating closely with production and maintenance teams. The position also includes participating in continuous improvement initiatives, training staff on quality requirements, and supporting customer and regulatory audits.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
- Candidates should possess applied experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in maintaining and improving Product Quality.
- Relevant experience in metal manufacturing, stamping, or related industrial environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ISO or similar quality standards, root cause analysis tools, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Lean) is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams are important.
