Role Description The Quality Controller (Travel Industry only) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The role involves monitoring and evaluating travel bookings, itineraries, and service delivery to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing transactions and documentation for accuracy, identifying process gaps, and recommending corrective actions.

The Quality

Controller will conduct regular audits of operations, provide structured feedback to teams, and support training initiatives to improve quality performance. The role also includes preparing quality reports, tracking key performance indicators,



and collaborating with operations and management to enhance customer experience and minimize errors.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, specifically within travel processes, bookings, and customer service workflows.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Quality Management, including establishing standards, monitoring performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess experience in Training, with the ability to coach team members on procedures, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Auditing, including reviewing documentation, identifying non-conformities, and preparing transparent audit findings and reports.
- Relevant experience in the travel industry (e.g., travel agencies, tour operations, corporate travel) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and booking software are required.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in tourism, business, or a related field is preferred.
