Role Description This is a full time Quality Analyst role (Functional + AI + Playwright Automation) based in Bengaluru, structured as a hybrid position with a mix of onsite and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves designing and executing functional test cases, validating end-to-end application workflows, and ensuring quality across web and enterprise solutions.

The Quality

Analyst will develop and maintain Playwright-based automated test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines,



and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to refine requirements, create test plans for AI-driven features, and verify model behavior, performance, and reliability. The role also includes documenting test scenarios, maintaining regression packs, tracking issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of quality engineering practices and test automation frameworks.

Qualifications

- Strong functional testing skills, including test case design, end-to-end scenario validation, and defect tracking in complex web or enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium), including scripting, framework maintenance, and CI/CD integration.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven applications or data-intensive systems, with the ability to design test strategies for model outputs, edge cases, performance, and reliability.
- Solid understanding of software development and QA methodologies, including SDLC, STLC, regression testing, smoke testing, and risk-based testing.
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools (such as Git, Jira, Confluence, or comparable platforms) for managing test assets and issues.
- Ability to analyze requirements, create clear test documentation, and communicate findings effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, participating in sprint ceremonies and contributing to continuous delivery and improvement.
