Role Description The QA Lead will oversee end-to-end quality assurance activities for Skeps’ POS financing platforms, ensuring that products meet high standards of reliability, performance, and compliance. This is a full time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading QA planning, test design, and execution across multiple projects. Day-to-day tasks include defining QA strategies, managing test cases, coordinating automated and manual testing, and monitoring defect tracking and resolution.

The QA Lead will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to identify risks, improve processes, and maintain consistent quality metrics. The role also involves mentoring QA team members, implementing best practices,



and contributing to continuous improvement in the overall quality management framework.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control to design, execute, and oversee comprehensive testing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to establish standards, track quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess experience in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or equivalent quality frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Auditing skills to plan and conduct internal and external audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in QA or software testing, including at least several years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and both manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in fintech, POS, or enterprise-grade technology products is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
