What You’ll Own:
- Manage operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BB Now, and Amazon Now.
- Handle product listings, SKU/ASIN setup, NPIs, and Shopify listings.
- Coordinate POs, logistics, delivery appointments, and GRN follow-ups.
- Monitor inventory, fill rates, stock-outs, and replenishment.
- Reconcile payouts, debit notes, and claims.
- Identify growth opportunities and explore platform marketing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce/quick-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with seller portals, Shopify, and Excel.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- FMCG experience preferred.
