Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division at Urbania Nest LLP. The team member will support day-to-day pest control operations, including assisting with service scheduling, coordinating visits to client sites, and maintaining accurate records of treatments and inspections. The role may involve participating in on-site assessments, supporting the implementation of pest management solutions, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance guidelines.

The individual will collaborate with internal teams and clients to address pest-related concerns promptly and professionally,



contributing to a consistent, high-quality service experience.

Qualifications

- Ability to learn and apply basic pest control practices, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for identifying issues and supporting appropriate solutions.
- Comfort working on-site, including at commercial and industrial facilities, in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining records, using scheduling tools, and preparing simple reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Relevant experience in facility management, pest control services, or a related field is an advantage.
- Educational background in science, environmental studies, or a related discipline is a plus, though not mandatory.
