Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Purchase :

RFQ, Quotations, PO, Follow-up, Negotiations 2 Raw Material and Packaging Material

Co-ordinate with Production, Store, QA?QC

3 Vendor Management

Current Vendor Registration, evaluations, relationship Management etc.

4 Cost Control & Negotiation

Best Price, Market Tracking, Annual Rate Contract

5 Inventory & Material Planning

Stock monitoring , avoiding stock-outs/excess

6 Documentation and MIS

Purchase Data, Pending orders, Vendor wise reports, cost saving repors, ERP entries, Audit Support etc.

7 Cross functional co-ordination

Production, Store, QA/QC, R&D;, Accounts, Logistics etc.
