Role Description:

The Property Stacking / Surveyor role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves conducting property surveys and inspections across commercial and residential assets, verifying measurements, boundaries, and property details. The individual will compile and update stacking plans, maintain accurate records of occupancy and availability, and support due diligence for transactions and leasing activities. The role includes coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external partners to gather information, clarify requirements, and address queries related to property data.





The Property

Stacking / Surveyor will also assist with site visits, documentation, and reporting to help the advisory team make informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Strong Communication skills for interacting with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and support client requirements professionally.
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate to understand office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate to assess housing assets, land parcels, and related documentation.
- Sales awareness to support transaction processes, property pitches, and basic negotiation activities.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in data collection, measurement verification, and record-keeping.
- Ability to conduct fieldwork, including regular site visits and inspections across Mumbai and nearby locations.
- Basic understanding of property documentation, local regulations, and real estate terminology.
- Comfort with using spreadsheets, mapping tools, and digital platforms to manage property information.
- Relevant academic background in real estate, surveying, engineering, geography, or a related field is preferred.
