We are currently seeking a Project Prog. Mgmt. Sr.Specialist Advsr to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Offshore Lead – Data & Analytics

Role Summary The Offshore Lead will manage offshore delivery for Data & Analytics projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed timelines, scope, budget, and quality standards. The role will lead cross-functional teams comprising Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Test Engineers, and Technical Data Analysts, working closely with onsite leadership and client stakeholders.

The role requires robust project and delivery management experience, a solid understanding of Data & Analytics platforms, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and proven experience managing fixed-price engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Project and Delivery Management

- Own offshore delivery, ensuring milestones and commitments are met within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Develop and track project plans, delivery schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations to minimise delivery delays.
- Monitor planned versus actual effort and proactively address scope, schedule, and budget deviations.

Team and Resource Management

- Lead and coordinate offshore teams across data engineering, architecture, testing, and data analysis.
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, team performance, and delivery priorities.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Agile Delivery and Stakeholder Management

- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with onsite leadership, technical leads, and client stakeholders to align priorities and resolve blockers.
- Provide regular status updates on delivery progress, risks, resource utilisation, and key milestones.

Data & Analytics Delivery Oversight

- Apply a solid understanding of data platforms, Databricks, cloud technologies, data pipelines, and analytics solutions to oversee delivery.
- Coordinate architecture, engineering, testing, and analysis activities to ensure end-to-end delivery readiness.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards, data quality practices, security requirements, and release processes.

Fixed-Price Project Management





- Manage delivery within agreed scope, effort, timelines, and commercial commitments.
- Track effort, productivity, and resource utilisation to identify potential overruns.
- Support estimation, scope change assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

- Total experience: 12+ years in IT.
- Relevant experience: 8+ years in Data & Analytics delivery, project management, or technology team leadership.
- Proven experience leading offshore teams and delivering complex technology projects.
- Experience managing fixed-price projects, including scope, effort, timelines, and resource utilisation.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices.
- Working knowledge of Databricks, AWS, data engineering, ETL/ELT, and modern data platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
