Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for solar consulting and engineering assignments, ensuring delivery within scope, time, budget, and quality standards. This full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad involves planning Solar PMC activities, defining deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, and managing documentation and reporting. The individual will track project progress, manage risks and issues, handle expediting and logistics-related tasks where required,



and support inspection and quality processes.

The Project

Manager will also contribute to resource planning, cost control, and continuous improvement of project management practices, while maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- 4-6 years of strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to support quality assurance and compliance with technical specifications related to Solar PV projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.
- Proven experience managing projects in engineering, infrastructure, solar power plants, or related consulting domains.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and documentation quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and client organizations.
- Proficiency in standard project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or project tracking software is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects across Gujarat
