Role Description The Project Manager role at Achal Developers is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and tracking progress against milestones.

The Project

Manager will supervise site activities, monitor inspections, handle expediting and logistics of materials, and resolve issues that may affect project delivery. The role also involves preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timely procurement, follow-up with vendors, and ensure materials reach the site as per project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to relevant codes and regulations.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle material movement, inventory tracking, and coordination with transport and warehouse teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Experience in real estate or construction projects, preferably in an urban environment like Bengaluru.
- Ability to work in office, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with project management tools and basic MS Office; knowledge of construction software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
