About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Intern to support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of operational and client projects.

What you’ll be doing:

- Assisting with project planning, timeline management, and milestone tracking
- Maintaining project documentation and preparing status reports for internal and client stakeholders
- Following up on action items and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and process gaps across ongoing projects
- Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and support implementation of operational systems and tools
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts across projects





What We’re Looking For

- Strong project planning and coordination skills
- Good analytical ability, interpreting data, identifying gaps, recommending solutions
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in operations, business systems, or process optimisation
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple priorities
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Notion is a plus
