Position Overview

- Role: Project Engineer (Mechanical / MEP)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Location: Dholera, Gujarat (In office)

The Project Engineer will oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination, and field execution of mechanical and multidisciplinary engineering packages. Stationed on-site in Dholera, the candidate will drive schedule compliance, quality assurance, vendor coordination, and design implementation from concept through commissioning, ensuring all activities meet strict safety, operational, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution & Site Management: Coordinate day-to-day on-site engineering activities, ensuring alignment with project drawings, technical specifications, and delivery milestones.
- Technical Design Review & Documentation: Review, verify, and manage engineering submittals, vendor drawings, technical data sheets, and field change requests.
- Schedule & Resource Optimization: Monitor project timelines, track contractor progress, manage material schedules, and proactively mitigate site bottlenecks or execution risks.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Alignment:



Liaise closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams, general contractors, equipment vendors, and client representatives to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce statutory codes, industrial safety standards, and project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols across all active work fronts.
- Reporting & Tracking: Conduct technical site inspections, lead progress review meetings, and prepare structured daily/weekly field reports and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Key Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech / B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Domain Experience: Hands-on on-site engineering experience across MEP, Oil & Gas, Refining, High-Speed Rail / Bullet Train, or large-scale industrial and infrastructure developments.
- Technical Competence:
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings (P&IDs;, Isometrics, MEP layouts) and specifications.
- Practical understanding of applicable industrial codes, regulatory standards, and HSE compliance.
- Project Management Acumen: Demonstrated capability in progress tracking, resource coordination, risk assessment, and on-site vendor management.
- Tools & Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, standard project scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera P6 preferred), and MS Office Suite.
- Core Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, structured communication, and the agility to deliver in fast-paced site environments.
