Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur. This position is responsible for organizing and tracking digital marketing and website development projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating between internal teams and clients, preparing and updating project plans, documenting requirements, monitoring progress, and reporting status to stakeholders.

The Project

Coordinator will schedule meetings, maintain project documentation, manage timelines and deliverables, and help identify and resolve risks or issues. The role also involves supporting process improvements, maintaining clear communication across teams, and contributing to a positive and effective project workflow.

Qualifications

- Project coordination and management skills, including task tracking, timeline management, and basic understanding of project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills,



with the ability to maintain project plans, meeting notes, and status reports accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with clients professionally.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and website development processes, with an interest in learning industry tools and best practices.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and project management or collaboration platforms.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a coordination, administrative, or junior project role in an agency or technology environment is an advantage.
