Role Description The Project Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing project planning and execution, coordinating timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality and client requirements.

The Project Development

Manager will manage expediting activities, monitor inspection processes, and collaborate with logistics teams to align material movement with project schedules. Daily responsibilities include tracking project milestones, resolving operational bottlenecks, preparing status reports,



and communicating with internal stakeholders and external partners. The role also involves identifying process improvements, managing risks, and supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations to enhance project performance.

Qualifications

- Strong project oversight capabilities, including Project Management and Project Development skills.
- Experience with Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting processes to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures and quality checks to maintain compliance with standards and client specifications.
- Competence in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and material flow in line with project timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project, or similar software).
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
