This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and senior leadership; and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in Sales & Operations Planning and network configurations.

The incumbent will own the following - 1) Responsible for working with Operations, Finance, External fulfillment and other Amazon teams to identify and systematically solve pain points 2) Responsible for driving cost benefit analysis and go/no-go decisions on various initiatives 3) Once a go decision is made, the program manager will work to evolve a plan and timeline for execution.

- The program manager will develop a roadmap and metrics to measure progress of the initiative they own. They will also own writing reports that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis 5) Liaise across functions to drive their project and help transparent issues and bottlenecks.
- Work with technology teams to scope out and drive any tech changes that are needed

Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)



at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Basic Qualifications:
