Rupantar, an initiative of Sri Aurobindo Society, focuses on systemic transformation in education by strengthening schools, enhancing teacher capacities, and improving student learning outcomes through sustainable and scalable interventions.

Role Overview The Project Manager / Program Coordinator –Rupantar will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of education projects under the Rupantar program. The role requires close engagement with schools, educators, partners, and community stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and implement education initiatives in alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with school leaders, teachers, field teams, and partner organizations.
- Develop detailed implementation plans and monitor project milestones.




- Track student learning outcomes and program performance indicators.
- Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and review meetings.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports, documentation, and impact assessments.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
- Support budget tracking and resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and data records.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder and partner meetings.
- Role also requires flexibility for travel as per project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in education/NGO/CSR projects.
- Strong project management, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools.
