Role Description The Production/Stage Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow, responsible for coordinating all aspects of live show production from pre-event planning to post-event wrap-up. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and leading production meetings, managing rehearsals, overseeing stage setups, and ensuring smooth communication between technical teams, performers, and clients. The role involves supervising lighting, sound, and AV cues, managing backstage operations, and maintaining detailed run sheets and cue lists for each show.

The Production/Stage Manager will monitor timelines, resolve in office issues,



and uphold safety and compliance standards during rehearsals and live events. This position requires hands-on involvement during load-in, show calling, and load-out, ensuring every production runs efficiently and meets creative and technical objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong event planning and production coordination skills, including scheduling, logistics, and vendor or crew management.
- Working knowledge of lighting and basic AV setups, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and FOH teams.
- Experience in performing arts or music environments, with an understanding of stagecraft, performance workflows, and artist requirements.
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive conditions.
- Transparent and qualified communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and maintain client-facing interactions.
- Proven capability to work on-site during irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and event days as needed.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make quick decisions, and troubleshoot technical or logistical issues in real time.
- Prior experience in live events, theatre, concerts, or corporate shows is preferred; a diploma or degree in event management, performing arts, or related field is an advantage.
