At TEJU Masala, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager with strong expertise in the food manufacturing industry to lead our production operations, improve efficiency, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence.

? Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end production operations, from raw material planning to finished goods.

Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales demand.

Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.

Monitor production efficiency, output, wastage, and manufacturing costs.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and FSSAI compliance.

Coordinate with Quality Control, Procurement, Stores, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.

Implement SOPs, process improvements, and lean manufacturing practices.

Monitor inventory, batch traceability, yield, and production losses.

Lead, train, and manage production supervisors and shop-floor teams.





Ensure timely production and dispatch while maintaining consistent product quality.

? Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in food manufacturing is mandatory.

Experience in spice powders, masalas, seasoning blends, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing will be highly preferred.

Strong understanding of production planning, food safety, quality systems, and manufacturing processes.

Proven ability to manage factory manpower, production targets, and operational challenges.

Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate to Bengaluru.
