Role Description The Product Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that support Lo Carbon Solutions’

mission and drive adoption of sustainability-focused offerings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor analysis, defining product positioning and messaging, and collaborating with product management to align features with market needs.

The Product Marketing

Manager will create and manage go-to-market plans, support sales enablement with targeted tools and content,



and track performance metrics to refine campaigns and product strategies. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure consistent and impactful market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Research skills to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess Go-to-Market Strategy and Product Marketing skills to plan launches, define positioning, and drive product adoption.
- Candidates should possess Product Management skills to collaborate on feature prioritization and ensure market fit.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support sales enablement, develop persuasive materials, and partner effectively with sales teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear value propositions.
- Experience in sustainability, climate tech, or related sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Environmental Studies, or a related field; advanced degrees are beneficial.
- Proven experience in product marketing or product management, preferably in B2B environments.
