Role Description:

- Define and manage product roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct ROI analysis and competitor benchmarking to guide product decisions.
- Oversee PLC management from concept to retirement, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance.
- Ensure in office installation quality and adherence to standards
- Establish and maintain “Voice of the Customer” (VoC) feedback loops to capture insights and drive improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product-market fit.
- Translate Jobs-to-be-Done (JBTD) insights into actionable product strategies.
- Ensure products are built based on actual customer needs and market demand
