About the RoleWe are a small founding team building a cloud-based SaaS platform and looking for a motivated Product Manager Intern to work alongside our product lead.

This hands-on internship offers the opportunity to contribute to product documentation, workflow analysis, and functional specifications that directly shape what gets built. Remote work is available throughout the internship period.

What You Will Do

- Analyze software products and document their screens, features, user actions, and outcomes.
- Write clear functional requirement documents to help engineers understand and build features.
- Map complete user workflows, including standard processes, error scenarios, and edge cases.
- Create workflow diagrams and flowcharts for technical and non-technical teams.
- Research similar products and document relevant features, approaches, and opportunities for improvement.
- Write test cases and acceptance criteria to support feature validation.
- Identify missing features, inconsistencies, and workflow gaps, with suggested solutions.
- Participate in product discussions and recommend ways to improve usability and simplify processes.





Minimum Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to break complex processes into clear steps.
- Clear written communication and strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of software products, user workflows, and product requirements.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Notion, or similar documentation tools.
- Availability for the stated working hours and a minimum internship commitment of 3 months.
- Ability to join immediately or within one week of offer acceptance.

Nice to Have

- Familiarity with user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Experience analyzing or documenting a software product.
- Exposure to Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, or draw.io.
- A portfolio or sample demonstrating structured analysis, documentation, or workflow mapping.
- Participation in product hackathons, case competitions, or similar activities.
