BitDelta India is a crypto exchange registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU-IND) as a Virtual Digital Asset Service Provider. We are building a trusted, compliant and high-performance platform for Indian traders and investors. About the Role

You will design the end-to-end experience of BitDelta's mobile app and web platform: onboarding and KYC, funding, trading, portfolio and wallet screens. You will turn complex financial and regulatory flows into interfaces that feel easy, fast and trustworthy, for first-time investors and active traders alike.

Key Responsibilities

- Own design across the BitDelta mobile app (Android and iOS) and web, from discovery through to polished, developer-ready UI.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma, and explain the reasoning behind design decisions to product and engineering.
- Design for high-stakes moments such as KYC, deposits, withdrawals, order placement, risk warnings and error states, where clarity and trust matter most.
- Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, patterns) so web and app stay consistent.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers,



Compliance and Support to balance user needs, regulatory requirements and technical constraints.
- Conduct user research and usability testing; analyse behaviour data after launch and iterate.
- Design data-dense trading surfaces (charts, order books, positions, portfolios) that remain readable on small screens.
- Support marketing and growth design where needed: landing pages, campaign assets and launch material.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and perform well on mid-range devices and varied network conditions.

Required Qualifications

- 4-6 years of product design experience (UX/UI) on consumer apps or web platforms, with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end work.
- Expert in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping); familiar with design systems.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design and visual design.
- Experience designing for both mobile (iOS and Android guidelines) and responsive web.
- Ability to work in agile, fast-moving teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

- Prior work on crypto exchanges, wallets, fintech or payments products.
- Good to have: experience designing trading or investing products (equity, F&O; or crypto), including charts, order tickets and portfolio views.
- Experience with data visualisation, motion design or micro-interactions.
- Experience working with compliance-heavy flows (KYC, consent, risk disclosures).
