Search and identify new suppliers and vendors for raw materials, components, and services.

Develop, lead, and execute purchasing and sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Arrange samples from new vendors and coordinate testing and approval with the Quality Department.

Evaluate, select, and onboard prospective vendors based on quality, reliability, pricing, and delivery performance.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best commercial outcomes.

Build and maintain solid relationships with vendors and ensure long-term supplier partnerships.

Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved quotations and business requirements.

Plan monthly raw material requirements in coordination with Stores and Production teams and arrange procurement accordingly.

Monitor order status, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment of purchase requirements.





Arrange transportation for dispatches, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.

Ensure the quality of procured items and resolve supplier-related issues when they arise.

Review technical specifications, drawings, and material requirements before procurement.

Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, vendor databases, and purchase reports.

Generate periodic procurement and inventory reports for management review and decision-making.

Identify reliable vendors capable of supplying quality products at competitive prices within required timelines.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability and smooth production operations.
