Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Print & Visual Designer based in Bengaluru. You’ll create the prints and visual designs that appear on all our products, from bottles and bentos to bags, and help build some of Basil’s most important brand assets.

At Basil, every print starts with research. Before anything reaches the drawing board, we study what children love, what parents look for, and what’s happening in culture and design.



You should be comfortable starting from that research and turning insights into prints that are joyful, original and unmistakably Basil. You also need to be able to explain the thinking behind each design as clearly as you draw it.

Qualifications

- Solid Visual Design and illustrative skills, with attention to detail and creative problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Excellent communication skills and a strong portfolio showcasing creative work
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is advantageous
