Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Roorkee for Principal, Professor, Associate Professor, or Assistant Professor in the Paramedical Medical Department. The role involves delivering classroom and laboratory teaching, designing and updating course materials, and evaluating learner performance through assessments and examinations.

Responsibilities include mentoring learners, guiding projects and clinical training, and contributing to accreditation, curriculum development, and academic quality assurance. The position also requires participation in departmental meetings, institutional initiatives, research and scholarly activities, and collaboration with healthcare and industry partners to strengthen academic and clinical outcomes.





Qualifications

- Advanced academic qualification in Paramedical or Medical Sciences (e.g., Master’s or Doctoral degree) from a recognized institution.
- Relevant teaching and academic experience in a Paramedical/Medical department, with a strong understanding of curriculum design and outcome-based education.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research, publish in academic or professional journals, and guide learner projects or dissertations.
- Strong classroom management, instructional planning, and learner mentoring skills, including the use of contemporary teaching-learning methodologies.
- Experience with clinical training, coordination with hospitals or healthcare organizations, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards in medical education.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with colleagues, administration, and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with educational technology, learning management systems, and digital tools to support teaching and assessment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development, academic integrity, and inclusive, learner-centered education.
