Role Description School Facilitators will support day-to-day classroom teaching and learning, ensuring that lessons are engaging, age-appropriate, and aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational philosophy.

Responsibilities include assisting with lesson planning, preparing learning materials, supporting student activities, and supervising learners during class and co-curricular sessions. Facilitators will help monitor student progress, provide individual guidance, and maintain a positive, inclusive, and secure classroom environment. The role also involves regular communication with teachers and school leadership,
