Reimagine access. Reimagine ownership. Build the future with Cinch.
Cinch is Southeast Asia’s leading circular tech subscription company, redefining how people and businesses access technology. Instead of adding to the growing e-waste crisis, we enable affordable, sustainable access to devices through subscriptions that maximize reuse and extend their lifecycle. We operate across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels, including major partnerships with global leaders like Samsung.
Our model sits at the intersection of powerful mega trends — sustainability, embedded finance, and the shift from ownership to access — creating a massive opportunity to reshape the future of tech consumption. At Cinch, we are builders with high standards, a bias for action, and a shared mission to create a generational company that outlasts us. Freshly funded by leading institutional investors and growing rapidly, we’re creating an environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers — and where the work has real, lasting impact.
The Role
Pricing decides whether a subscription device makes money. As our Pricing Analyst you will be the protector of yield and margin: you will measure what our fleet actually earns by market, segment and product type, price new launches, drive our residual value analysis, and make sure every special deal and promotion still makes money.
You will work closely with Commercial, Growth, Marketing and Asset Operations, and with the Corporate Finance Director, who owns pricing strategy.
What You'll Own
- Yield analysis. Track gross yield across the portfolio by market, product type, tenure and customer segment, comparing old versus new pricing and first versus subsequent lease cycles.
Explain what moved yield and recommend what to do about it.
- New launch pricing. Price new devices and product launches by market, reset the price ladder for prior generations, and track post-launch performance against the original pricing case.
- Residual value analysis. Drive residual value analysis by market, device and age. Compare realised resale and re-let values against our assumptions and feed the results back into pricing.
- Residual value counterparties. Work with Asset Operations on discussions with buy-back, trade-in and resale counterparties, bringing the residual value benchmarks and economics behind each negotiation.
- Special deal and promotion pricing. Partner with Growth and Marketing on campaigns, partner offers and special deals. Find the structure that hits the commercial goal while protecting margin, and set transparent guardrails on what can be discounted and by how much.
- Pricing models. Build and maintain the models that set subscription rates by device, tenure, market and channel. Inputs include device cost, financing cost, expected residual value, refurbishment, logistics, credit loss and servicing cost.
- Deal pricing support. Turn around pricing and margin analysis for B2B, partner and enterprise deals quickly, with a clear recommendation and the trade-offs.
- Margin tracking. Monitor realised yield and margin against plan by product, channel and cohort. Flag leakage from discounts, promos, early returns and write-offs.
- Market and competitor benchmarking. Track competitor and market pricing in each country we operate in, including local currency and tax effects.
- Experiments. Design and read price tests and promotion results, and recommend what to keep.
- Pricing governance. Keep one price book, a clear discount approval matrix and a log of every price change and why it was made.

- Curious and analytical. You enjoy digging into data to find out why a number moved, and you keep going until you have the answer.
- Commercial instinct with discipline. You can work with Growth and Marketing to get a deal done, and say no, with numbers, when it gives away margin.
