Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Model Development: Develop and modify 3D precast models using Autodesk Revit.
- Component Modeling: Model precast elements including walls, slabs, beams, columns, stairs, and balconies.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Interpret and work from structural and architectural drawings.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Quality Assurance: Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards, specifications, and client requirements
- Review: Review models and drawings for accuracy, quality,



and completeness.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues in a timely manner.
- Team Management (For Assistant Manager level): Coordinate with the modelling team, allocate/track work, monitor deliverables, and support team members in resolving technical issues.
- Client Management (For Assistant Manager level): Handle day-to-day client communication and coordination, understand client requirements, address project-related queries, and ensure timely delivery of agreed outputs
- Project Support: Support project teams in maintaining quality and meeting project timelines.

Requirements

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of precast detailing and modelling, alongside proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary BIM workplace.
- Leadership: For Senior Modeler / Assistant Manager roles, experience in team coordination, quality checking, and project/client coordination will be preferred.
