Creator Engine is a post-production company building broadcast-grade content for creators, studios, and brands. The Micro-dramas vertical produces short-form vertical fiction for international streaming platforms - high-volume, fast-turnaround episodic content that demands a post-production operation running at precision. About the Role

Micro Drama post-production is not a forgiving format. Episodes are short, VFX-heavy, and deliver to international specs for a US studio client. The pipeline runs multiple episodes simultaneously. When something breaks - a codec issue, a VFX integration problem, a sound mix that doesn't hold on phone speakers - it needs to be caught much before it reaches the client, not after.

This is a hands-on Post Production Supervisor role. You are not here to manage a schedule from a distance. You understand the technical decisions being made at every stage, you can identify a workflow problem from its symptoms, and you set up the infrastructure before the project starts so that the problems are fewer to begin with.

You own the end-to-end pipeline: Media Management, Editorial, VFX, Color, and Sound. You coordinate the handoffs between each stage, maintain delivery standards throughout, and act as the operational anchor between CE's internal team and the international production partners you'll be working with daily.

Because this is international work, your English - written and spoken - needs to be really strong. You will be communicating directly with US-based studio teams. Ambiguous communication is a liability at this level.

What You'll Own

- End-to-end post-production supervision across Media Management, Editorial, VFX, Color, Sound and QC for all active microdrama projects
- Setting up and documenting the technical workflow at the start of every project: folder structures, naming conventions, delivery specs, handoff checkpoints, proxy pipelines




- Identifying and resolving technical problems before they reach the client - codec mismatches, VFX integration errors, audio sync issues, spec failures - caught at internal review, not flagged by the studio
- Managing all handoffs between pipeline stages: from media management to editorial, editorial to VFX, VFX back to editorial, picture lock to color and sound, through to final delivery
- Communicating directly with international production partners and studio teams in written and spoken English - updates, flagging, delivery confirmations
- Maintaining delivery compliance to US streaming platform technical specifications across every episode
- Flagging risks to the internal team before they become schedule or quality problems

This Role is Not for You If

- Your post-production knowledge is theoretical - you need to have been in the software, in the pipeline, solving real technical problems
- You've only supervised Indian television post-production: the technical standards, delivery specs, and operational pace of international streaming content are a different context
- You treat documentation as optional - at CE, an undocumented workflow is an unmanaged one
- You escalate problems after they've already impacted delivery rather than anticipating them in advance
- Your written English is functional but not precise - precision matters when you're corresponding with a US studio team

- You understand what "mobile-first delivery" actually means technically: frame rates, codec specs, audio loudness standards,



aspect ratio compliance - not just as concepts but as things you check in QC
- You communicate problems with specificity and solutions, not just flags
- You're comfortable in Premiere and DaVinci Resolve, and have enough working knowledge of VFX pipelines to have an intelligent conversation with a compositor when something goes wrong

What You Bring

- 5+ years in post-production, with hands-on experience supervising a multi-stage pipeline (Editorial, Color, Sound minimum - VFX integration a strong advantage)
- Direct experience delivering to international broadcast or streaming technical specifications
- Strong English communication skills - written and spoken - to a level where you're confident corresponding directly with a US studio team
- Familiarity with vertical format (9:16) delivery or a fast-track ability to learn its specific technical constraints
- A track record of catching technical problems before they affect delivery

Experience in scripted fiction or episodic content is preferred. Experience in short-form or fast-turnaround episodic formats is a significant advantage.
