Role Description This is a full-time, in office Physiotherapist role based in Kundapura. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, take detailed histories, and perform clinical examinations to develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering manual therapy, prescribing exercises, using therapeutic modalities, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed.

The role involves educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery. The Physiotherapist will collaborate with other healthcare professionals,



maintain accurate clinical documentation, and uphold safety and hygiene standards within the treatment area.

Qualifications

- Recognized degree or diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; valid professional registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Ability to work directly with diverse patient populations, demonstrating empathy, patience, and clear communication.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records and using basic computer applications or electronic medical record systems.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with good time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to stay current with clinical best practices through continuing education, workshops, or professional development activities.
- Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports rehabilitation settings is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of infection control, safety protocols, and ethical standards in healthcare practice
