Role Description

This is a full time, on-site PHP Developer role based in Mumbai. The PHP Developer will design, develop, and maintain backend functionality for Volody’s CLM platform, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient PHP code, integrating databases and APIs, troubleshooting and resolving bugs, and collaborating with front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.





The role also involves participating in code reviews, optimizing existing modules, implementing new features based on product requirements, and working closely with product and QA teams to ensure reliable releases.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming, with hands-on experience in PHP and related frameworks.
- Candidates should possess solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software design patterns.
- Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development sufficient to collaborate effectively with UI/UX teams and integrate front-end components.
- Candidates should possess broader Software Development skills, including version control (e.g., Git), testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Relevant experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL), RESTful APIs, and secure coding practices is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly about technical concepts is essential.
