Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our clinic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in sample collection, proper specimen handling, laboratory coordination, and maintaining hygiene standards.

The candidate should be committed to providing a comfortable and professional experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform blood sample collection using standard procedures.
- Ensure accurate sample labelling, barcoding, and documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the sample collection station.
- Monitor the availability of collection materials and supplies.
- Explain test preparation requirements, such as fasting and sample collection timings.
- Coordinate with laboratory staff for sample processing and report delivery.
- Inform the concerned medical team about critical test results as per established protocols.
- Identify and report sample-related issues,



including insufficient or unsuitable specimens.
- Maintain daily records of sample collection, documentation, and related activities.
- Collect patient feedback and coordinate with the clinic team to improve service quality.
- Follow established safety procedures for handling and disposing of medical waste and sharps.

Qualifications & Experience
- DMLT qualification or certification in Phlebotomy.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic laboratory, clinic, or hospital is preferred.
