Genovus Biotech Private Limited is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products, build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, and hospitals regularly to promote the company’s pharmaceutical products.
- Explain product features, indications, benefits, and relevant clinical information to healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, chemists, distributors, and stockists.
- Generate product awareness and support prescription demand through ethical promotional practices.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily visit reports and submit regular sales updates.

Requirements

- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Zoology, or another relevant science discipline.




- Candidates with a science background are preferred, as the role involves pharmaceutical product promotion and interaction with doctors.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for doctor visits and market development.
- Knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. Performance-based incentives may be offered based on company policy.
