The role
Lead performance marketing for aiqa and own consumer acquisition across all our products. Based in Gurugram, in office.
What you'll own
- Performance marketing across digital channels, run in-house, from budget to scale
- Acquisition for each recent product we launch
- Creative testing, with the content team
- The numbers, and the call on what to scale or cut
Who we're looking for
- Has scaled paid acquisition for a consumer brand; healthcare experience preferred
- Has run growth across multiple products at once
- Thinks in CAC and creative, not just bids
- Sharp with data, with a strong eye for brand
