Rajwaa & Epiphany is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive digital growth through strategic advertising, lead generation, and data-driven marketing campaigns.

Our work spans mall installations, children’s IP events, themed experiences, and large-scale art installations. We are seeking a professional who can strengthen our digital presence and generate qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and implement lead-generation strategies to attract potential clients and business partners.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics, including cost per lead, conversions, and return on ad spend.




- Coordinate with creative and business development teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign results.

Requirements

- Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Solid analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.
