- Lead and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other channels
- Manage budgets, optimize ROAS, CAC & conversions
- Drive performance strategy across multiple client accounts
- Mentor and manage a growing performance marketing team
- Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver results
- Build reporting systems and identify growth opportunities
What we’re looking for
- 3–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Agency experience preferred
- Analytical mindset with leadership capabilities
- Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets
