Role Description This is a full-time, in office Performance Marketing role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities include analyzing campaign data, conducting A/B tests, tracking key performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve return on ad spend.

The Performance

Marketing specialist will work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.



The role also includes creating targeted marketing strategies for different investor segments and collaborating on messaging and creatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with internal teams and target audiences.
- Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to design data-driven campaigns and segment audiences.
- Candidates should possess Sales and performance-focused Marketing skills to drive conversions and revenue growth.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads), analytics tools, and A/B testing is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical mindset, proficiency in interpreting campaign data, and ability to make optimization recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in stock markets, trading, or investing and willingness to learn domain concepts quickly.
