About the Role

Javis Entertainment is looking for a dynamic, creative and performance-driven Performance Marketing & Artist Growth Manager to drive the digital growth and online success of our artists.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to increase artist visibility, grow fan communities, boost music streams and video views, and build a strong digital presence across platforms.

We are looking for someone who combines performance marketing expertise with a passion for music, entertainment and artist development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Develop digital growth strategies to increase artist reach, followers, engagement, music streams, and video views.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns for music releases, singles, albums, music videos, and live performances.

Build targeted audience acquisition, retargeting, and fan engagement campaigns.

Collaborate with artist managers, creative teams, video editors, content creators, and PR teams.

Identify digital trends, viral content opportunities, influencer collaborations, and creator partnerships.

Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns for better results.

Analyze data, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports.

Contribute to artist branding, audience development, and long-term digital growth.

Identify opportunities to support ticket sales,



brand partnerships, and artist monetization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.

Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, and the digital music ecosystem.

Strong knowledge of paid advertising, audience targeting, analytics, and campaign optimization.

Ability to translate marketing strategies into measurable growth.

Creative thinking, communication, and project management skills.

A strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist management.

Preferred: Experience working with musicians, artists, record labels, talent management agencies, or entertainment brands.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Growth in artist visibility and relevant fan base.

Increase in music streams, video views, subscribers, and engagement.

Cost-effective and high-performing advertising campaigns.

Successful promotion of music releases and artist projects.

Improved audience retention and digital brand presence.

- Contribution to ticket sales, brand collaborations, and monetization opportunities.
