Role Description The Pediatrics Physiotherapist will provide on-site, full time physiotherapy services at Proactive Child Development Center in Faridabad, India. This role includes assessing children’s motor development, designing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy focused on improving gross and fine motor skills, posture, balance, strength, and functional mobility. The physiotherapist will collaborate closely with occupational therapists, speech therapists, special educators, and behavior specialists to create integrated intervention plans.

Daily responsibilities include documenting progress, updating care plans, educating parents and caregivers on home-based exercises, and participating in team meetings to review cases and outcomes.



The role also involves maintaining a safe, engaging therapy environment and contributing to program development for children with diverse developmental and neurological conditions.

Qualifications

- Clinical pediatric physiotherapy skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for gross and fine motor development.
- Experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum conditions, sensory processing challenges, and neuro-developmental disorders.
- Strong communication and counseling skills to guide and educate parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary setting with occupational therapy, speech therapy, special education, and behavior intervention professionals.
- Competence in documentation, case notes, and maintaining accurate therapy records in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (preferably in Pediatrics) from a recognized institution; relevant professional registration or license as required.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site full time, manage a pediatric caseload, and adapt therapy approaches to individual needs.
- Prior experience in a child development or rehabilitation center is highly desirable; continued interest in professional development and evidence-based practice.
