1. Responsibilities:
2. Plan, launch, manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for international markets.
3. Manage Google Search and Performance Max campaigns to improve lead generation, conversion volume and campaign profitability.
4. Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and overall campaign performance.
5. Conduct keyword research, manage negative keywords and implement appropriate exact, phrase and broad match strategies.
6. Develop and execute campaign strategies based on business goals, target audiences, market trends and seasonal opportunities.
7. Write and test engaging ad copy, headlines, descriptions, call-to-action messages, site links and other ad assets.
8. Conduct A/B testing of ad creative, copy, audiences, bidding strategies and landing pages.
9. Coordinate with the web and creative teams to improve landing page relevance, loading speed, messaging and conversion rates.

Support conversion tracking and campaign measurement using tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, CRM platforms and offline conversion data.
11. Select and monitor suitable bidding strategies, including Maximize Conversions, Target CPA and Target ROAS.
12. Manage audience targeting, remarketing, customer lists, lookalike audiences and demographic targeting.
13. Monitor competitor activity, auction insights, and impression share and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
14. Assist with budget allocation and campaign scaling across Google Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Meta and other relevant channels.
15. Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
16. Present campaign data in a transparent and concise manner, connecting marketing metrics with business outcomes such as qualified leads, customer acquisition cost, pipeline value and revenue.
