About the role

5centsCDN powers CDN and streaming infrastructure for broadcasters, OTT platforms, and media companies worldwide. We’re expanding our media services business — live and VOD delivery, monetization, channel building, and cloud playout — and we’re looking for an outbound-minded salesperson to open conversations with the media and broadcast market.

This is a hunter role. You’ll be identifying and reaching out to prospects, not waiting for leads to come to you. You don’t need to be an expert in streaming tech on day one, but you do need genuine curiosity about how media delivery and monetization work, and the drive to learn it quick.

What you’ll do

- Prospect and run outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to broadcasters, OTT/streaming platforms, and content owners
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls / demos for our solutions
- Learn our media services stack well enough to speak credibly: live & VOD delivery, ad monetization (SSAI/SGAI), channel building, and cloud playout




- Maintain a healthy pipeline and keep CRM records clean and current
- Work closely with product and marketing to sharpen messaging for the media segment

What we’re looking for

- Comfort with (or strong eagerness to learn) how media services work — live streaming, VOD, and monetization concepts like server-side (SSAI) and server-guided (SGAI) ad insertion
- A proven outbound mindset: you’re not afraid to start cold conversations and follow up persistently
- Clear, confident written and verbal communication
- Self-driven, organized, and coachable
- Bonus: prior experience selling SaaS, CDN, streaming, adtech, or B2B tech
