We are a specialised healthcare digital growth agency working with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare brands to accelerate digital visibility, patient acquisition, and revenue.

We're looking for someone who understands that the future of organic growth goes beyond Google rankings—it includes AI search, local discovery, patient engagement, and conversions.

What You'll Own✅ Organic Growth Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive qualified organic traffic, patient enquiries, appointments, and measurable business outcomes.

✅ SEO & Technical Excellence: Lead technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimisation, website audits, keyword strategy, and content architecture.

✅ AEO & GEO: Build visibility strategies for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

✅ Hyperlocal SEO: Scale local search visibility and Google Business Profile performance across multiple hospital and clinic locations.

✅ Content-Led Growth: Work with medical content teams to build high-performing, search-intent-driven content aligned with E-E-A-T principles.

✅ Analytics & Conversions: Use GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush,



Ahrefs, and Looker Studio to measure organic leads, conversions, and growth.

✅ Team & Client Leadership: Lead SEO execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple healthcare accounts, and present strategic growth recommendations.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8+ years of hands-on SEO and organic growth experience.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, qualified leads, and conversions.
- Robust expertise in technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, and content strategy.
- Experience managing large websites, multi-location businesses, or multiple client accounts.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and team management capabilities.
- Ability to translate SEO performance into business outcomes.
- Healthcare marketing experience is preferred.
- Agency experience is highly desirable.
