You will split your focus between supporting global organizational design transformations—partnering with corporate functions that are centralizing, scaling, and tech-enabling their operations within our expanding global capability hubs—and driving operating model initiatives across the MEISA and APAC regions.

Acting as an internal management consultant and executive advisor, you will lead complex organizational effectiveness assessments, guide structural governance, and steer operating model transitions to drive efficiency, agility, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operating Model Strategy & Executive Advisory

- Operating Model Frameworks: Evolve and govern the enterprise target-state philosophy, operating model (OM) frameworks, toolkits, and design principles.
- Capability Transformation & Blueprints: Develop future-state operational blueprints for global functions undergoing process modernization and capability centralization.

Partner with Finance to build business cases and deliver high-impact executive recommendations.
- Governance & Structural Design: Design structural boundaries, optimize spans and layers, and establish clear decision-making rights and governance via RACI/authority matrices. Define the optimal interface between regional/divisional front-offices and centralized capability hubs.
- Transition Road mapping & Consultation: Define implementation sequencing, milestones, dependencies, and transition governance to ensure smooth operating model activations, translating complex structural changes into clear, strategic guidance for senior leadership.

2. Organization Design Strategy & Regional Advisory

- Global & Regional Advisory: Provide expert organizational design advice to corporate functions undergoing structural transformations, while concurrently leading localized operating model and structural designs tailored to regional growth across MEISA and APAC.
- OD Methodology: Manage and deploy the enterprise organization design toolkit, assessment frameworks, and implementation planning guides.
- Structural Interventions: Support major corporate reorganizations, business unit restructurings, and integration designs as a hands-on strategic consultant.

3. Organization & Job Architecture Governance

- Architecture Maintenance: Govern and maintain the recently launched enterprise job family framework, leveling methodologies, title architecture, and span/layer standards across business units.
- Role Design Standards: Oversee role design methodologies, ensuring sharp role clarity, accountability, and aligned decision-making authority across teams.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner closely with other Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) and Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) teams to ensure job architecture seamlessly aligns with broader talent strategies, workforce forecasting, and compensation structures.

You will be a great fit if you

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
