Job Summary

We are looking for experienced ORMB Technical Consultants with over 5 years of hands-on implementation experience. The candidate should have robust knowledge of Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB), Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Java, web services, and Oracle database technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- ORMB Technical Development

- Understand and work with ORMB application architecture and framework.
- Build and customize Batch Programs, Algorithms, Business Services, UI Maps, Zones, and Portals.
- Develop components using Java, J2EE, JavaScript, OUAF, Hibernate, and 4GL scripting.

2. OUAF Framework
- Work hands-on with OUAF components, including Batch Programs, Business Services, Algorithms, UI Maps, and Zones.
- Develop Service Scripts, BPA scripts, and plugin scripts.
- Customize application components according to project requirements.

3. Integration Development
- Design and develop REST and SOAP web services.
- Configure Inbound Web Services (IWS) and Outbound Messages.
- Integrate ORMB with upstream and downstream applications.
- Test web service integrations using SOAP UI or Postman.

4. Database Development and Performance




- Work with Oracle RDBMS.
- Write complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
- Perform query optimization and application/database performance tuning.

5. Functional Exposure
- Work with ORMB domains such as Transaction Feed Management (TFM), Pricing, Billing, Rates, and General Ledger (GL).
- Functional exposure to Customer Setup, Billing, and Payments is an advantage.

6. Production Support and Maintenance
- Troubleshoot production issues and billing job streams.
- Resolve UAT defects and support application testing.
- Assist with system smoke testing and production cutovers.

Mandatory Skills
- ORMB Technical implementation experience of 5+ years.
- Strong hands-on experience with OUAF.
- Java, J2EE, and JavaScript.
- Batch Programs, Algorithms, Business Services, UI Maps, and Zones.
- REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
- Oracle RDBMS, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Application customization and troubleshooting.

Additional Skills
- Hibernate and 4GL/XPath scripting.
- SOAP UI or Postman.
- Experience with TFM, Pricing, Billing, Rates, GL, and Payments.
- Production support and performance tuning.
