Role Descriptions: Oracle Sales Cloud Developer

- Must have 2-3 Sales/Engagement Cloud project implementation experience.
- Good Knowledge on all modules of Oracle Engagement Cloud.
- Must have worked extensively in Application Composer for creation of new objects, extensions. to standard objects.
- Should have knowledge about Redwood UI functionality & customizations.
- Proficiency GROOVY Scripting is must.
- Should have knowledge on Workflows, Reporting, Data Migration, Roles, Security Management, etc.
- Strong Programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others.
- Hands-on Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (B2C Service) – Third party application integration leveraging SOAP/REST APIs.
- Should be able to Gather requirements,



perform Fit-Gap Analysis & demonstrate the solutions. Positive to have customer facing experience.
- Responsible for Customer Production Support, tracking-incidents, replication, troubleshooting
- and resolution of critical production calls.
- Knowledge of other CX products like Oracle CPQ, CDM, ICM, OIC is an advantage.

Must-Have
- Experience on Oracle CX SFA modules and Initial Setups
- Hand-on experience of customization through application composer and Redwood UI
- Proficiency in Groovy Scripts
- Knowledge on Integration using REST/SOAP APIs

Good-to-Have
- Certification on Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of Oracle CX advance modules
- Knowledge of other Oracle CX
