We are hiring Oracle Fusion HCM professionals with experience in Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure Core HR structures and employee data
- Manage absence plans, accruals, and leave workflows
- Configure and support BPM approval workflows for HR transactions and absences
- Support recruitment lifecycle (requisitions, candidates, offers)
- Assist in Rapid Formula configurations for absence plans (accruals, eligibility)
- Perform testing and provide functional support
Qualifications
• Experience in Core HR and Absence Management
- Knowledge of BPM workflows (approvals, notifications)
- Basic understanding of Fast Formulas (absence-related preferred)
- Familiarity with ORC recruitment processes
- Good communication skills
