What you’ll do

- Assist in streamlining and documenting internal processes and workflows.
- Support in tracking key operational metrics, projects, and timelines.
- Help coordinate between departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain operational records, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in vendor coordination, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Support in special projects and process improvement initiatives.

What we need:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)



and MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Interest in operations, process management, and business efficiency.
